In the digital age there is no solid ground anywhere. If you want to remain successful, you have to keep going, adapt your strategy and dare to try something new. The constant change creates uncertainty. It is even more important now to take the necessary steps according to plan. Don't Panic - in the fourth edition of the trend study on digitization you will find many ways and suggestions.

953 German companies with 100 or more employees were interviewed and the first impression is positive: The companies are more open to technological change and are investing more in digitization. Nevertheless, there are construction sites. Initiatives do not reach all employees. Managers expect them to have significantly more digital skills than they bring with them. And the job market does not have enough experts. As a result, more and more jobs for specialists remain vacant and innovations fail because employees cannot implement them or reject them.
